About

I am a New York based street and documentary photographer drawn to candid moments and the discipline of shaping light, whether in the chaos of downtown streets or inside a controlled studio environment.

I’ve been told to narrow my focus to one genre. I don’t. Photography is light, and mastering light, whether natural, artificial, harsh, or subtle, is a style in itself. The subject changes. The commitment to craft does not.

My work moves between street photography, environmental portraiture, and curated studio setups. I shoot both digital and film, and I care deeply about the full process, from capture to edit to print. Paper choice, tonal control, and contrast behavior all matter. The final image isn’t finished when the shutter clicks; it’s finished when it holds up in print.

Beyond personal work, I photograph events, lead photo walks, and direct and edit Inside with Outsiders, a long form interview series focused on real conversations in real spaces. I’ve also helped creatives refine their visual presence, pushing for images that reflect the quality of their brand, not just content for the algorithm.

Everything I’ve learned has come from study, experimentation, failure, critique, and repetition. I’m still refining. Still learning. Still tightening the frame.

Because the work is never done.
